Title: I Lost my BF3 Account?

As the title says I was well above 50 in Battlefield 3 and now my game thingy is gone?? Whenever I log into the battlefield servers on the internet it logs me in as another dude like lvl 6 I think can't remember but this thing is pissing the shit out of me!! All that time gone :'( Ah well anyways anyone can help a poor gamer out?
