Title: in game chat upgrade?

i was wondering if there is something to download for in game chat. because if the chat goes too fast, then you cant read what others are saying. is there something to download for in game chat what would make you be able to scroll up in the chatlogg while in game? or anything similar that improves the in game chat? cant really find something on the internet
