Title: Halo Mapping Tools

I can't open Halo Mapping Tools 3.5 on Windows 8.1
Is it just not compatible with Win 8/8.1? If so, any alternatives? Any similar issues/fixes?

And if it's just me, let me know cause I am having some issues.

Is it giving any error messages? have you tried compatibility mode and running as admin?

I have run it admin and i don't get error messages, it just doesn't open. I click run as admin, it asks for the confirmation, and then it just doesn't open at all lol.
