Title: High Lag with low Ping on XG's Servers
Post by: Beardy_ITA on 03 July 2013, 00:09:09: I can't really understand how could it be possible, my ping rate barley exceeds 90ms, nevertheless i often get the lag icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen and i just can't do anything.
If I try to move a little bit, or just shoot some bullets, the server don't recieve the command. But I still can recieve data from the server, because i can see perfectly everyone moving correctly and even shooting at the place where i'm supposed to be for the server (an empty place, for me) and looking to my shield and health lowering as they shoot from a different point of view, lol.

I tried to google out some solution, but haven't found anything of helpful yet.
I'll also contact my internet provider and see if it's a their problem.

PS: This issue appeard some days ago, there hasn't been since a very long time.

It's either caused by WiFI or your ISP.

I recommend you to use Ping Test as speed test will only show the ping, download speed and upload speed which rarely matters in online games and ping test will show you your jitter ,packet data send and received, and the quality of your internet provider.

THERE WAS PROBLEM IN MUMBAI SERVER FOR SOME REASON , THEREFORE I CANNOT CONNECT TO MY NEAREST SERVER MUMBAI.
AND HENCE GOT THE BAD RESULT

I did this whit my laptop the modem is far from 3 rooms from the pc
at my room i get 4 mb and connect whit ethernet 6mb

your grade is b because u have test it on the server which is only 200 meters
i had got A* in ping test lately when i connected to Mumbai server which is 35 ms :)

I chose the nearest location to Netherlands, where are the XG's servers.
