Oookay
i pay for a connection 7 mb vodafone i test the net but i have just >1 mb

i call they 3 times but they don't fix it what you suggest me?

Reconfigure the modem. Thats what they told me to do when i had the same problem and it worked.

Well better call them again.Its either the vodafone service's problem or your modem is nearly dead.

If you're using ADSL then your speeds depend on how far you are away from the vodafone telephone central.
If you live in a rural area then you usually are far away from it and the speeds are slow.

I suggest switching to a coax/cable provider, they usually offer much better speeds(which don't depend on how far you are away from their telephone central thingy), the ping times are also lower.

Or even better is fiber, which offers the best pingtimes but isn't very common yet.

in italy the fibra is just in the north.....
