Title: My connection is 7mb but i have 0,83 mb possible?

Hello i have a connection 7mb but i test my connection and the result is 0,83 mb i Call my operator and he said:"Update the channel of modem" How to?

It also depends which server you tested the connection too. For example:

My computer to server in Birmingham (UK) - ping of 84 with download of 5mbp/s.

My computer to elitegameservers.net (NL) - ping of 14 with download of 10mbp/s
