Title: Strange unoficial XG server?

I was having a walk in halo this night and saw this...Is that an unnoficial XG server?

I joined and asked that guy if he was the owner of the server...but he didnt answer  ( i think he was afk ) so... :S

If I think this is what I think it is, there's history behind this server.

Long story short, the guy's name begins with X G and he is a total dick who only keeps this server to 'annoy {XG}'.. I've never seen more than 3 people in that server at once so he's wasting his money and time.
