To get your first promotion you need to stay active in the clan for 1 mounth. After that you can get promoted based on your kill/death ratio shown on the screenshots. By the way we accept screenshots from:
Slayer
TeamSlayer
CTF
Assault
Oddball...
Basically, anything except zombies as zombies is inaccurate.
