If you thinking about hud, then there is Tex (?) if I remember right, but I couldn't find the file I downloaded, so I can't really give download links, neither files, or actually accurate filename. :(

But if you thinking about spartan skins, like H2, H3 one, like this one:

Actually, this one is used for maps, to change the good ol' look of Master Chief's armor for AI's ;D -Ask Altis about it lol

If Optic can be arranged in that list, it only gives you medals, track your kills, recieved medals, and calculates your Average KDR.
Let me showoff with mine. ;D

^ Oh and I'm using the Ultimate Ui file replacement, no more "checking for updates" and such :3

He will say skins for halo combat evolved
I made a guide several times ago: https://www.xgclan.com/forum/index.php/topic,356.0.html
I updated it more simple see this

There are several programs I recommend: Halo Map Tool and Eschaton.

I reup both in the link :)
Download: http://www.mediafire.com/?v446l7wpe6ef4fx

*** Use a photo-editing program to edit what you have chosen ***

unpack the archive
select a map
select File> Open> C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft Games \ Halo \ maps and choose a map on which to implement the changes
go to BITM: Bitmap
Select what you want to change, for example: weapons / pistol / fp / bitmaps / pistol
select import
use a program like photoshop to edit what you have chosen
save it as jpeg
select import> load> where you save your creation

Enjoy.

Unfortunately there is a bug in the Eschaton: skins too loose not readjusts :D

So for skin use Halo Map Tools. What is a skin? A skin is a model.

Use dds model to insert a skin that works the same, but to import the skin you use the button inject.

In game banana you can find the skins.

Wait, doesn't "halo skins" only work on Custom maps with.... weird textures? or "Halo skins" as in enhancing the Halo CE experience? Like adding in ENB and more recent Shaders?

I think this is the correct one, maybe I'm wrong, since I used the official XG optic, and the Halo 4 version too, I just don't remember which one I took the screenshot with.
And if I remember right, all you need to do is just cope & paste all the stuff from the downloaded .zip archive to your halo folder.
Of course, make a back-up first, the second time I installed it, I corrupted my old portable version of my Halo, and couldn't play for like weeks... ;D
