Create a folder for your HaloCE stuff, otherwise it gets crowded. I would suggest putting a shortcut to the HaloCE maps folder for easy access.
Download a map. The best place is Halo Mods.
Save the map to the folder you created for HaloCE.
Open it up using WinRAR.
Take the .map file out of WinRAR and place it in the HaloCE folder you made.
Copy and paste into the map folder for HaloCE.
Done.

I followed the tutorial up to the part of the show but I bitmaps appears "on target found: tag does not exist in map file"

I did this whit my laptop the modem is far from 3 rooms from the pc

if you want add it in halo custom edition you create a map
or you can add just the elite in halo combat evolved
for halo custom edition use the Halo editing kit
for halo combat evolved use halo map tools or other programs

the process is similar
for halo custom edition ask to altis-sensei xD
he create maps and i think he know how to do that

Guys i am confuse which version should i set for custom edition so that i can join more of the server, currently my version is 1.09. The problem is whenever i tried to join any server it says your client version is newer  than the server and i get pissed off because everytime i had to change my version according to server. So plzzz suggest me any version through which i can join more servers whitout any barrier!!

HAC 2 is better and easy to install:copy the file in control
