Yes, there is Optic made by sehe but it has less medals and such. Also it is not compatible with 1.10

Final version of 1.10 patch was just released http://halo-fixes.findforum.net/t36-bungie-officially-releases-patch-110-includes-the-lobby-fix#175
Now it's the time to update servers and wait for HAC2 update I guess (unless you don't use for some reason).
