Title: my freind problem

This is not my problem but one of my Friend is facing problem in halo ce . He told me that whenever he tries to join in any server he got error  of "NETWORK GET DISCONNECTED"(approximately every server) , i thought that his internet may sucks so i visited his home and tried to solve the problem , what i saw was that his internet is completely fine and his internet connection is connected with wire ,than i check his firewall settings thinking that firewall must be the problem but that was not the cause at the end i simply downloaded version changer but stilll the result was same.

Is there any solution to this problem.
