I joined xg bigass with the name {Aus}Spar10 and xg mind ip-banned me, reason "altis hates him"

Although that Bigass server is listed as an {XG} server since Altis is in the clan, it is administered by Altis and he decides who the server admins are - Mind is not an {XG} clan server admin, so I believe you should contact Altis to discuss.
