SPAM / AFK for a week or so

I'm moving into university tomorrow.
Had to dismantle my PC to pack my things.
Not sure when I'll be on next as I have to make new friends and discover the new town etc. There's a chance I might be on TS3 on my phone if I get bored

Servers / Server change?

Hi guys!
I've been looking at our servers recently and it's made me think about how empty a lot of servers are. It's made me think about how pointless it is to run certain servers as no one seems to play in a handful of the servers that we run.
I would like to suggest the following change... Of course, as I r teh admin, I would volunteer myself to implement the changes (seems as I still have some free time atm).
{XG}CustomMaps CTF server - I would like to change both the maps and gametypes which we run on this server. I would like to introduce the Race, Slayer, TeamSlayer, TeamSniper gametypes. As for maps, I would like 4 BIG maps, 4 medium sized maps and 4 small maps. These can be totally up for discussion. If you guys have any suggestions please say. My suggestion would be Precipice and the Halo 3/4 Valhalla maps!
I also think our custom maps server needs some input from {XG}'s own map developer - Altis. I expect everyone knows him, but if you don't, he's a great guy who makes amazingly good maps. I would love to run Bigass and maybe even Snowdrop should Altis be cool with that!
{XG}AMBUSH - I don't think this server is needed at all.
I would like to shut the ambush server down and replace it with a Cake © style server. A mix of gametypes, no radar, default maps, 10 sec spawns.. Generally make it a place where we can get a good variety of players. I have had many, many, many people say to me that {XG} should make a cake style server, but with cake being so popular I didn't think there was any need (especially as TG are great people). Now cake is gone, I see the need for a good server! For all those who never played on the © server, it was one of the most popular. It attracted some of the best players around and was a great social place
{XG}ALL VEH - This server is one of our most popular servers. But it annoys me that unlimited nades are on. I understand this is our 'noob friendly' server, but damn. Trying to play Danger Canyon on this server is impossible. It's just 100% nade spam. I would like to take unlimited nades off of certain maps or maybe all together.
{XG}Scrim NL - By BillClinton - I will be adding Longest to the selection.
So yeah, I'll probably have more ideas along the way. How would you guys feel about these changes? Do you have any suggestions or ways to improve our servers? Let us know in the comment section below. I am BillClinton, and I approve this message

I know a few of you are wanting to buy gaming PC's but don't have much $$$ to throw at a decent build.
I came across this today, and I thought you guys would want to know about it. It's $300 which for a gaming PC is extremely cheap. It's obviously not going to be the best PC ever, so you're not going to be able to run Battlefield 4 or Crysis on max settings with 4K. It's more of a PC for someone being introduced into PC gaming - it offers affordable performance for good value. I would imagine that this is a lot better than you who are running Halo / other games on some 5 year old 1.2Ghz single core CPU'd laptop which over heats every 20 minutes.

Report a Rule Breaker / Hacker

I just played for 10 minutes on the All Vehicles nubs server (fr1.xgclan.com:2330).
I came across a player called 'Masturcheef' who was using a weird type of hack (which in my 4 years of playing halo, I've never come across before).
He would appear in a tank, and would seemingly be able to hit you with the tank. You could clearly see he was in the tank in front of you, but when you tried to shoot him no hit would register. I hit him multiple times, stuck him with about 10 sticky nades and he remained alive.
THEN, once you'd stuck him and nothing would register, he'd teleport to another part of the map (you'd see the tank in front of you disappear)- but he wouldn't be in the tank.. We were playing on Danger Canyon, his tank was in between the mid and blue base, and even though I stuck/shot him 10000 times (remember he could still hit you, so you had to hide / exploit his mistakes), he'd teleport to mid tops with a 'sniper' and kill me immediately with a 1 shot kill weapon; which I thought was a rocket launcher judging by how my body would flip into the air. But you could clearly see that the tank had moved, and I saw him in position at the top mid. It was really really odd... I've never seen anything like it. It's pretty hard to explain!
He did this to me about 3/4 times. The first time it happened I thought it was him lagging out or something.. But when after the second time of him doing it, I was wondering what the hell was going on.
I don't have any proof in terms of video, but he's some chat log of me at the time:

I've checked the logs and there's no record of an admin messing around.
If any other admins see this guy, please ban him immediately. It is against the rules of {XG} to glitch / hack in any server.

Our Sponsors at www.elitegameservers.net have made some very important updates.
They've changed the location of their Netherlands server to a different data center. This new location offers better pings for all who access the server, as well as having a much better/ more reliable connection (so less crashes).
The {XG} website, forums and TeamSpeak server have all been updated due to this change. You can obviously still access the website/forums by going to www.xgclan.com(/forum), but the TeamSpeak server has changed its address to ts.xgclan.com.
If anyone rents a server from www.elitegameservers.net (NL location) then the IP of your game server would have changed to: 85.17.189.117:PORT .
{XG}Scrim NL - By BillClinton's address has changed too: 85.17.189.117:2501 . The password is still the same for all those who want to use it!
If anyone spots a problem with anything, please tell either BillClinton or Gijs007 ASAP!
